With our configuration systems we can install software and add other features before the product is delivered to your location.

Support,
The goal of any technology solution is for it to just work, to minimize downtime and protect your investment. As your technology becomes more and more strategically important to your organization support becomes crucial to your success. All systems must run seamlessly, efficiently, and reliably.
Davies Consulting will provide your organization with support beyond the original manufacturers warranty. We can provide you with a bridge between software vendors and hardware vendors and help avoid situations where neither wants to help.
We provide flexible support contracts that give the amount of support you want and ensure your investment is protected and remains operational.
Level A - Pay as you go,
Under Level A support Davies Consulting will provide your organization with on demand support services for your technology solutions. There is no contract in place under this level, however we will make our best effort to respond to your request within 1 business day.
Conditions of Level A Support:
- No guaranteed response time, however every effort will be made to ensure your request is responded to within 1 business day
- Support Hours are from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday excluding holidays
- Emergency Requests dealt with outside normal business hours will be billed at Davies Consulting’s after hours rate.
Level B - Support Contract,
Under Level B support your organization will be charged a monthly fee based on the level of support you require. This is a very flexible support contract providing your organization with the level of support tailored to your specific needs.
Conditions of Level B Support:
- All requests will be responded to in the guaranteed response time outlined with in the support contract.
- Support hours are specified within the support contract.
- Emergency request procedures will be outlined within the support contract
Training and Education,
Once your technology solution is in place your organization needs to get the most out of it. Davies Consulting will provide your organization with post implementation training as well as skills upgrading where required. We will assist you in developing new employee manuals and training tailored to your specific needs.
